It's one small step for blogmen, one giant leap for this blog guy...
At some point in the early evening of Friday June 12th, I had my 100,000th visitor to this blog.
To Drudge and those big guys, they probably don't even blink anymore when the numbers churn and turn...
But I still do.
100,000 visitors to this blog honors me...and I am grateful.
Thank you to those who visit regularly and enjoy what I have to write. I've been at this for about 3 years, so the numbers are fairly consistent...day after day, year (now) after year.
During these last few months, many of you have visited the blog to encourage me after the death of my son, Nate. He was the light of my life, when we were younger.
And the loss of him made me grow older. I notice it more now, for some reason.
Yet, the joy is still with me.
And writing helps me spread that joy.
So, thanks for reading what I write...and sometimes even laughing...or not.
