35 years later and bumpin' into each other in Orlando

California's West Covina High School is a long way from Orlando, FL. 

But tonight two old friends reconnected at the Live, Love, Lead event put on by Chick-fil-A. 

Dave Tennies and I were in WCHS' Chamber Singers in the mid 1970's and haven't seen each other since 1974. 

Until tonight. 

Dave and I are Face Book friends and he saw that I was in Orlando. He was here, from Chino Hills, CA, on business for The Kennedy Space Center's expected NASA lift off of their newest rocket.

So he came to the event. Great event. Many years of singing with him - yep, you read it correctly...I was a singer once! (Dave was much better than I could have HOPED to have been!)
