Just as the folks in Idaho never hear the jingle "In-n-out, In-n-out...that's what a hamburgers ALL about" - Idahoans NEVER see Chick-fil-A commercials for local owner-operators...because there are NONE.
Though the commercial has run on national network TV and ESPN, not a single CFA shop exists in the whole state.But they should...

As a relative newbie to the land of Chick-Fil-A I just have to comment... I don't love their food, but I eat there anyway because their customer service is so amazingly good. Someone at the counter always says "It's my pleasure" instead of the "No problem" or "No worries" you get at other places. I've heard that Boise recently got a "Five Guys", so maybe Chick-Fil-A will be there soon too.
