Over the years, I've made mention on this blog of a black and white 1960 John Ford film, entitled, "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance."
It's a film that deals with well known accomplishments that no one really knows about... except the man (or woman) who was really there.
In many ways, there are leaders all around us from whom we have heard very little... and may not, about their quiet successes.
In the flashy world of Washington DC politics, over the years the Idaho Delegation(s), or at least most of the members, have not sought the bright light of national fame.
Recently, Attorney General Holder took on Raul Labrador. (The less-known side of it was recently noted by Austin Hill.) Labrador's comments to Austin Hill were quite interesting on May 2nd.
We ALL need to be men and women who get the job done and not worry about who gets credit for it. Labrador is doing that in Congress.
