And in the end... the tan you take is equal to the tan you make... Catalina sails behind us.

The lads had a way with words.

We sail this morn for parts unknown, er partially known... ok for parts REALLY well known from my adolescence and young adult years.

Once landed at 1-ish at the docks of Long Beach my long time friend and former business partner, Woody Wood, will meet us - we'll head to Covina (just north of West Covina...hmmm). Northwoods Inn awaits us soon, where our high school/college/life long friends John and Leah Vander Wende, will share lunch and we'll meet their first grandbaby, Olivia.

Then we begin our trek to say farew, to my Dad in Florida.

And in the end....I'll keep you "posted".

Oh, and my tan's just not that good! Ha...
