Using social media to say I just passed the 6,000-mark for Twitter followers. How funny... who else would I announce this to? Ha.

Twitter connectedness
I glanced at my Twitter account just now and saw that at some point this morning I had my six thousandth follower join me.

Pretty amazing, actually.

This blog is somewhat eclectic, in that I write on things political and spiritual - on things entertaining and (hopefully) humorous. I write as I live. Twitter directs followers to it.

Then, people start following my Tweets. It's weird, but fun.

And eventually they tell others, just as I forward Tweets about interesting people-stories to others.

So, it seems only natural that I should announce this mile-marker on my blog, linked to Twitter and FB.

Thank you, 6,000 followers. Here's a shout out to all of you!

I'll keep you posted as my numbers grow.
