Boise State University hasn't lost a football game in the month of October since 2001, I was told.
Think of that. All those Octobers. All those years.
Football fun. I'm sitting in my home watching Southern Miss lose to the Broncos in big numbers. My family's been in and out this am. And I'm just planted, loving the game.
But it's more than that. It's autumn's October. It's a feeling almost more than a fact.
Colors are changing. Cooler mornings. Warmer afternoons. It's restful, it's joyful and it's beautiful.
Too beautiful?
Never too beautiful.
Just like Football.
Just like October.
