Focus Seminars

I'm spending this weekend volunteering as a Training Assistant (TA) at EmpowerBoise's Focus Seminar training (not connected to Focus on the Family).

Susan I went through it ourselves almost 9 years ago - and it was phenomenal.

FocusThis time around, I'm joining a half dozen or so TAs as we assist  the Trainer, Paul Nobrega. It's an experiential seminar - so it involves the folks who are being trained as they go on a journey of self discovery.

I write about Focus' impact on our family's life in my book Beautiful Nate. Here's a great video on it.

There are three huge moments in my life: falling in love with my bride & marrying her, the two of us coming to know Christ as as savior and going through the Focus seminar.

It's that big.

I hope you visit their sites and consider going to it. All my family members have gone through a version of it - either in Boise or in Kansa City, MO.
